Naturea Biomaterials takes care to protect the integrity and security of the information we collect. We work hard to maintain a range of security safeguards designed to protect against unauthorized access to your information. We are unable, however, to guarantee the security of your information.

Information Collected from Users outside the United States

If you utilize the websites from outside the United States and provide us with personal information, please note that your personal information collected by us will be transferred, stored and processed in the United States. The laws of the United States applicable to the storage and use of personal information may be less protective than the law of your jurisdiction. Naturea Biomaterials does not sell or share (as those terms are defined by California law) any of your information to any third party for any purpose, including for advertising or marketing, nor has Naturea Biomaterials sold or shared personal information to a third party in the preceding twelve (12) months.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to sign up for our newsletter, fill out any form on our websites, or otherwise register with us.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the date of your verifiable request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
