Our extraction processes include:

  • High-Performance Ethanol

    Our high-pressure, chilled-alcohol extraction creates premium Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) which exceeds the purity level of traditional RSO extracts. After extraction, we use an ultra-performance, high-resolution filtration system to further clarify and refine the hemp oil to create a high-quality refined ethanol extract, suitable for any RSO-based products.

  • Custom Distillation and Refinement

    Our specifically engineered distillation methods use RSO-quality oil to produce a medical-grade distillate, typically in the 75-85% range of cannabinoid content. In step one, we clarify the oil through “winterization,” using an ethanol-based solution to remove the fats and lipids to create a highly-refined, clarified feedstock. In step two, we filter the clarified oil through our engineered media filtration system prior to distillation. This produces a cannabinoid-rich distillate ideally suited for later formulation into food products and dietary supplements.

  • Pharmaceutical-Level Cannabinoid Isolation

    Naturea Biomaterials' experienced researchers and skilled technicians have created numerous, novel isolation methods that yield reference-standard cannabinoid isolates. We tested and tailored our isolation approaches to render a variety of products for our customers’ specific requirements, with product purity typically achieving 99.9%, exceeding pharmaceutical-quality standards.
